Welcome to this Horizon Coast property. To help protect these heritage homes and ensure a peaceful stay, please follow the rules below.

🏡 1. Respect the Home

• Remove shoes at the entrance.
• Do not move large furniture without permission.
• Use appliances and facilities carefully.

🌿 2. Respect the Neighbors & Community

• Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.
• Do not block local roads or farm access paths.
• Be mindful of traditional customs and local residents.

🔥 3. Fire Safety

• No open flames indoors.
• BBQs allowed only in designated areas.
• Extinguish all embers completely.

🚯 4. Waste & Recycling

• Separate burnable, cans, bottles, and plastics.
• Follow local waste pickup schedules (provided in welcome guide).
• Do not leave garbage outside overnight—wildlife may scatter it.

🌊 5. Nature & Wildlife

• Do not disturb local animals.
• Beware of boars in winter and early spring.
• Report any damage from wildlife.

🛏 6. Bedding & Towels

• Please use provided sheets and covers.
• Place used towels in the laundry basket before checkout.

🌬 7. Ventilation & Humidity

• Open windows daily if staying multiple days.
• Use dehumidifiers in humid seasons.

🔑 8. Security

• Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
• Do not share access codes with others.

🧽 9. Cleanliness

• Wash dishes after use.
• Keep floors and entryway tidy.
