This demo framework exists to help trustees understand what the GOP changes operationally: how information moves, how decisions become calmer, and how continuity is protected.

A shareholder has passed away. The whānau contacts the trust. Trustees must update status, confirm successor pathway, and ensure dividends are not paid incorrectly.
