This agreement confirms that any stay at Sawatari is a temporary, non-residential use. It does not create residency, tenancy, domicile, renewal rights, or any present or future claim to continued occupation.

  • Report damage promptly

7. Departure

All guests must vacate on time and return keys immediately.
