Sawatari – Pilot Phase Accommodation
Sawatari offers quiet, private accommodation in a rural setting. Stays are limited and intentionally small in scale.
During the current preparation period, accommodation is offered under a Pilot Phase Stay Rate. This allows guests to experience the place while operations, hosting flow, and services are being refined.
Accommodation Rates
Pilot Phase Stay Rate
- ¥XX,000 per night (per household / group)
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Maximum guests per stay: by prior agreement
Rates are intentionally set at a proper commercial level. This ensures the place is respected, maintained, and sustainable.
Please note: this is not a discount stay, but an early-phase rate for guests who understand and support what is being built here.
