TMT Asset Register
A demonstration register for recording what the trust holds, where it is located and how it is managed.
The Asset Register demonstrates how Kaitiaki OS can help trustees maintain visibility over land, buildings, honey assets, equipment, records and other resources connected to the trust.
Purpose Of The Asset Register
A trust cannot responsibly manage assets it cannot clearly see. This register provides a structured place to record key asset information, current status, responsibility and future review needs.
The goal is simple: make asset knowledge visible, organised and easier to pass forward.
Land Assets
Whenua blocks, mānuka areas, native bush, access tracks, waterways and productive land connected to trust activity.
Operational Assets
Hives, bee yards, extraction equipment, storage facilities, vehicles, tools and honey production resources.
Knowledge Assets
Maps, plans, photos, reports, records and digital information that support trust memory and decision-making.
Asset Visibility
Every Asset Needs A Clear Record.
A register does more than list items. It helps trustees understand value, condition, responsibility, risk and required action.
When asset information is clear, trustees can plan maintenance, make informed decisions and reduce the risk of knowledge being lost.

Kaitiaki OS In Action
Asset Knowledge Becomes Stronger When It Is Visible.
This register demonstrates how Kaitiaki OS can turn scattered asset knowledge into a structured, searchable and reviewable information environment.
The objective is not just record keeping. The objective is responsible custodianship across time.
From Assets To Action.
Once assets are visible, trustees can connect them to projects, reports, maintenance needs and future planning.
